One of the features not
found in other business management
suites is the ability to alert a user
about the arrival of new tasks. FlowRunner
server does this with a regular web
browser, without any ActiveX
controls, plugins, or Java Applets. As new tasks arrive a user might not
refresh his task list to see if the
state of his inbox has changed. With
alerting functionality turned on he will get notified from a
friendly popup box that will show up
on his desktop. A hyperlink will
bring him to the new tasks. This is
a great time-saving technique
that helps maximize work
efficiency and ensures that all
work items get attention in a
timely matter.

Email notifications
Users
